Shipping & Tax
We ship from Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom 🇬🇧. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days via Royal Mail.
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — £2.99 Free on orders over £40
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — £6.99
No tax is added to UK orders — all prices include VAT where applicable.
United States & Canada
- Royal Mail International Tracked (7–14 business days) — £7.99
Important — US Customs (effective 29 August 2025):
The de minimis exemption that previously allowed duty-free imports up to $800 has been completely removed. This means all shipments arriving in the US from overseas, regardless of value, are now subject to customs duties and clearance procedures. Import duty and any applicable sales tax are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to predict, cover, or reimburse these charges.
⚠️ We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other US territories.
European Union
- Royal Mail International (5–10 business days) — £7.99
Since Brexit, all parcels from the UK to EU countries pass through customs. Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees charged by your local postal service or customs authority. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
All international orders include a tracking number, sent to you by email at the time of dispatch. Track your parcel at royalmail.com or via your local postal service.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to protect your art supplies in transit. We use recycled cardboard and minimal plastic wherever possible.
