Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to sort it out.
Our returns window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return an unwanted item. Please ensure the product arrives back with us in its original, saleable condition and in original packaging.
Items eligible for return
- Unused and in original condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Returned within 60 days of delivery
Items not eligible for return
- Opened or used paint sets, tubes, or pans (for hygiene and quality reasons)
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 60 days
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to return the item.
How to make a return
- Email us at hello@artdrawcrafts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm your return and provide the return address
- Pack the item securely and send it back — return postage is at the buyer's expense, unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Returns refused at delivery
If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned to us marked as undeliverable, any return courier fees charged to us may be deducted from your refund.
